Berta de Pablos-Barbier holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering from the Universidad Politècnica de Valencia (Spain), a Master Degree in Food Science and an MBA in Fashion Management from Institut Français de la Mode, Berta de Pablos-Barbier began her career with Mars in France as a Food R&D technician. True citizen of the world, she continues her international career through marketing and management positions in the UK, Russia, the Middle East and Spain. Berta de Pablos-Barbier then moved to the Luxury Goods industry in management positions in marketing with Boucheron and Lacoste in France. In 2014, Berta de Pablos-Barbier will reinvest in the Mars Group as Vice President-Marketing within the Mars Chocolate North America entity. She was subsequently promoted to President of Mars Wrigley Confectionary U.S. overseeing a multi-brand portfolio in 3 categories and 14 production units. In 2021, Berta de Bablos-Barbier joined LVMH to become President & CEO of Moët & Chandon for the Moët & Chandon, Dom Pérignon and Mercier brands. Born in the region of Madrid in Spain, Berta de Pablos-Barbier is married to François Barbier. They have a daughter together and live in Paris. She has great admiration for the women in her family who, since childhood, have inspired her and instilled in her a taste for work and success. Diversity, altruism and sharing are among the values that inspire her in her personal and professional environment. Passionate about theater and live performance, Berta de Pablos-Barbier also enjoys the practice of yoga and meditation. Likewise, reading for pleasure and learning as well as golf are among his main interests.
