Nicole Rolet est la DG et co-fondatrice de Chêne Bleu, domaine familial produisant des vins primés dans la vallée du Rhône. Intégrant diverses pratiques tels la biodynamie, l'agroforesterie et l'apiculture, il est considéré comme un pionnier de la viticulture biologique régénératrice et un défenseur de la santé des sols. Chevalier de l'Ordre français du mérite agricole, Nicole est membre de la Harvard Advanced Leadership Initiative, où elle se concentre sur la viticulture régénératrice. Sur le comité de conseil de la WLSF et du Yale Sustainable Food Program, elle est co-fondatrice de l'Areni Global Institute for the Future of Fine Wine et de l’Association International du Grenache.
