Florence Besson is a journalist, specialized in environnemental issues, as well as an author : in "Toucher Terre", (Flammarion) she recounted her experience in the agricultural sector. After 15 years as a senior reporter at ELLE magazine she became editor-in-chief of diversification five years ago. She obtained an agricultural certificate in 2020 and also leads introductory workshops on permaculture.
