Anne Cai is Vice President, HR and Corporate Communications, MHD China, in charge of all HR related aspects together with sustainability and corporate communications. In her sustainability scope, she is leading the MHD China sustainability program guided by MH’s “Living Soils Living Together” commitment, implementing local initiatives from World Living Soils Forum China Duplex and carbon reduction project to “Art is For Everyone” social responsibility program and all-employee Citizen Week campaign. Prior to this role, Anne was Learning and Development Director of LVMH Greater China based in Shanghai with responsibility for developing and driving the Learning & Development strategies for the Greater China region across all the LVMH brands. Prior to joining LVMH in 2011, Anne worked for General Motors China and its International Operations Headquarters for 6 years, holding different HR roles successively including Regional HR Manager, supporting their biggest function - Product Development Organization in China, Middle East, South Africa, and the rest Asia Pacific about total 5000 employees. Anne started her HR journey with Carrier Air-conditioning, UTC China as HR Management Trainee, where she built comprehensive foundational HR knowledge. Anne graduated from Fudan University with Bachelor degree, holds MBTI and WAPC certificate.
