Mathilde Boisseau graduated from the Purpan School of Engineering in Toulouse and holds a National Diploma of Oenology (D.N.O.) from the University of Bordeaux. In 2011, she joined Château Lynch-Bages, a Grand Cru Classé of the Médoc, as well as Château Ormes de Pez, both part of the Cazes family group, where she served as Deputy Technical Director. In the summer of 2014, Mathilde joined Maison Hennessy as Head of Vineyards, overseeing the technical management of Hennessy's 180 hectares of vineyards. In 2019, she was appointed a member of Hennessy’s tasting committee. Since October 1, 2020, she has held the position of Director of Vine and Wine, responsible for defining and implementing the transformation strategy and supporting the 1,600 partner winegrowers to meet the sustainability and quality challenges of the Maison's supply chain.
