Elisabeth Boucher steers the communications and CSR plan for The Michelin Guide since 2018. Along with the famously anonymous inspectors and under the leadership of Gwendal Poullennec, CEO, she created and developed the Michelin Green Star, a distinction awarded to the pioneers who dare to innovate in favor of a more sustainable gastronomy. Deployed in more than 50 countries around the world, the Michelin Green Star aims at encouraging diners to choose restaurants which combine the ability to offer a wonderful food experience and heart-led initiatives to preserve our ressources.
