Frédéric Revol, Farmer-Agronomist & Founder of the Domaine des Hautes Glaces. At the origin of the Hautes Glaces, there is the intention of a man, Frédéric Revol, who wishes to reconcile nature and culture, an agronomist specialized in the management of living organisms, who sets out to create spirits of excellence that promote soil fertility and minimize our carbon footprint. An epicurean, a lover of tastes and flavours, who is betting that by reconnecting with their ecosystem, their terroir, these spirits will develop their own, unique character, and will offer new tastes and pleasures. The Hautes Glaces are thus the fruit of an intimate belief: in a world with limited resources, the art of distillation must reinvent itself from the field to the bottle, for the happiness and future of all. The Domaine des Hautes Glaces will be the location of this reinvention.
