As an agricultural engineer by training, I spent over 6 years working in import supply chains (bananas, avocados, and citrus). Seeking to refocus on local sourcing, I joined Coopérative U three years ago as Regenerative Agriculture Development Manager My role consists of developping and monitoring of multi-year tripartite contracts with French producers. The objective is to guarantee them fair remuneration and supporting the transition to regenerative agriculture. I work in close collaboration with sales, CSR, legal, marketing, etc..
