Description

Juliana Lopes is Director of Brazil Regenerative Landscapes at WBCSD, leading the Landscape Accelerator – Brazil (LAB) and the Soft Commodities Forum (SCF). Prior to WBCSD, as Director of Nature and Society at CEBDS, she co-authored Resilience for the Future: How Brazil Can Lead the Regenerative Landscapes Revolution with BCG and WBCSD, led the project Strengthening Brazil's National Bioeconomy Policy in support of the Federal Government, and represented the Brazilian business sector at the G20 Bioeconomy Initiative, contributing to the approval of the High-Level Principles on Bioeconomy. With 20 years of experience in sustainability strategy, she has held leadership roles at CDP (Executive Director for Latin America), Future Carbon (Head of Corporate Solutions, Nature-Based Solutions), and WWF-Brazil (Engagement Manager, traditional communities). She is co-founder of Instituto Regenera. An environmental manager and journalist with an MBA and a Master's in Business Administration focused on Sustainability, Juliana combines strategic vision, policy influence, and private sector engagement across agri-food value chains.
