Description

Lucy Bai leads sustainability strategy and programs for Nestlé Nespresso’s U.S. market, spearheading initiatives in Net Zero commitments and circular business models. Prior to joining Nespresso, Lucy spent over 12 years at Ernst & Young, where she led financial and accounting advisory engagements for global clients. She is a Certified Internal Auditor, awarded by the Institute of Internal Auditors. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University and a Master of Science in Sustainability Management from Columbia University.
