Passionate about good food and entrepreneurship, Philibert is the founder of Business of Bouffe.
After starting his career working for the major wine and spirits houses in the LVMH group, he embarked on a career in entrepreneurship and created La Maison de Savoie in the heart of Paris, an original place dedicated to his native region. Both a committed grocery store 100% direct from producers and an events space, this new-style embassy sublimates the riches of Savoie and Haute-Savoie terroirs and territories.
In 2019, he is creating the podcast Business of Bouffe, in which he gives a voice to the main players in the sector, from the land to the plate. His specialty: taking time to get to the heart of the matter !
