Fanny Giansetto is a lecturer in private law, specializing in food, climate and environmental issues (corporate liability, climate litigation, legislative constraints, etc.). In this context, she was spokesperson for the “Affair of the Century” (action against the French State in climate inaction) within the association "Notre affaire à tous". At the same time, she co-founded “Ecotable”, a structure which supports the catering sector in its ecological transition.
