Su Long, born in 1981, graduated with a dual Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy and Law from the College of Horticulture, Northwest Agriculture & Forestry University in China in 2004, followed by a Master's Degree in Grapes and Oenology from the College of Oenology, Northwest Agriculture & Forestry University in 2007. He is currently the General Manager of Domaine Chandon (Ningxia) Moet Hennessy Co, Ltd, a member of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Political Consultative Conference, and Chairman of the Yinchuan Helan Mountain East Foothills Wine industry Alliance. He is a Senior Horticulturist, a National Wine Tasting Committee Member, a National Level Winemaker, and a National Level Wine Taster.
In 2017, he was recognized as a Young Academic and Technical Pioneer of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. He has received one Second Prize and three Third Prizes for the Autonomous Region Scientific and Technological Progress Award. He has published over ten academic articles related to grapes and oenology and is the Chief Editor of several publications, including the Helan Mountain East Foothills, Yinchuan Winery Production Area Tutorial, Yinchuan Wine Guide, Helan, Mountain East Foothills Wine Making Technology Manual and Helan Mountain East Foothills Viticulture Technology Manual.
