Description

My name is Benoît Cher, and I'm a winegrower in the Champagne region, in the Montagne de Reims. My vineyard comprises 40 ares of Chardonnay and 12 ares of Pinot Noir, all Premier Cru. Certified organic in 2024, I embarked on agroecological farming two years ago after watching videos by Konrad Schreiber about soil health.
