Description

Nicole Rolet is the CEO and co-founder of Chene Bleu, her family’s boutique winery producing critically acclaimed wine in the Rhone Valley of France. Integrating a variety of practices, including biodynamism, agro-forestry and beekeeping, it is also regarded as a pioneer in regen organic viticulture and an advocate for soil health. Knighted with the French Order of Agricultural Merit, Nicole has a Senior Fellowship from the Harvard Advanced Leadership Initiative, focusing on regen viticulture. On the board of the WLSF and the Yale Sustainable Food Program, she co-founded and chairs the Areni Global Institute for the Future of Fine Wine and the International Grenache Association.
