Sabine first worked for the agri-food and agrochemical industries on a multi-national level. Then for the past twelve years, she has been involved in the practical transition of farming and agri-food practices, both in real-life activities (farming), and as head of organizations working towards agri-food sustainability : member of board and president of ITAB, a French research institute, supported by the French Ministry of Agriculture; then within a larger group of scientists, NGOs, consumer associations, and students collectives, she has been leading Planet-score sustainability labeling and eco-design system for 3 years. This label has been upscaling rapidly in France and across Europe for more than 2 years now, and has become leader in Europe. Currently working with more than 300 brands in 12 countries.
