Biography Nicolas Chabanne, founder of "C'est qui le Patron?!" This Provençal native of the Vaucluse has always wanted to raise awareness and bring together as many people as possible around the fate of producers in France. In 2009, he launched "Le Petit Producteurs" which promotes the work of local farmers whose photos appear on the packaging of the products they offer in exchange for an additional 30% remuneration. In 2013, he initiated "Les Gueules cassées" to fight against food waste. It allows fruit and vegetable producers to add value to all of their production, including products with defects in appearance. The initiative was an international success, the UN singled out the approach and 20 countries reproduced the adventure. In 2016, following a meeting with Martial, a producer from Bresse, he launched the "C'est qui le Patron?!" initiative, the very first brand created by consumers in support of producers
