Description

Anne works at the intersection of regenerative agriculture, food systems and health financing, with a focus on outcome-based payment models for chronic disease prevention. She is co-founder of HarvestCare, where she builds cross-sector collaborations between healthcare insurers, policymakers and impact investors to implement results-based financing for food-as-medicine programmes. Before co-founding HarvestCare, Anne spent several years working on organic and regenerative farms across Zambia, South Africa, Chile and the UK. Witnessing the same pattern everywhere, deeply motivated farmers struggling to earn a sustainable living, she set out to change the economics of regenerative food production. Her programme Voedsel op Recept translates measurable health outcomes into financial value, creating a model where healthy soil, healthy food and healthy people become mutually reinforcing.
