Maxime Pawlak is the co-founder of Eloi, a mission-driven company accelerating generational renewal in farming and the transition to regenerative agriculture. After 15 years in the tech industry, a personal turning point rooted in vulnerability led him to dedicate his entrepreneurial expertise to ecological and social resilience. Through Eloi, he has deployed an innovative platform to overcome the major barrier of farm succession, facilitating the establishment of a new generation of farmers committed to regenerative models. Eloi is currently supporting over 300 farm transfer projects across France, with an ambitious goal of reaching 4,000 transfers per year within the next five years.
