Agronomist & phD in Health and Biology, I explored during 30 years the link between Soil Health plant and animal health and hulman health with more than 70 papers in peer-review press and 8 human clinical randomized trials. Today I still drive the "Food and eating" research chair at Rennes University focusing on the link beteween soil health and food nutrient density
