Description
Rim Tehraoui is Founder & CEO of Aryam, a mission-driven start-up, specialized in the development of data- and AI-based systems for the analysis and management of complex socio-ecological systems, with a particular focus on agroecology, biodiversity, and climate resilience. She is also involved in the structuring of the AI research and innovation ecosystem as Chair of Hub France IA, member of the MIT Data Board and member of the France 2030 digital expert pool. Prior to these activities, she has been acting as chair of the Governing Board of the OS-Climate platform, a Linux Foundation initiative that develops open-source data and analytical tools for climate and biodiversity assessment. She has served as Group Chief Data & AI Officer of BNP Paribas, where she led large-scale data and AI programs, including the development of ESG risk analytics and data-driven approaches to sustainability. She holds degrees from ENSAE Paris Tech and Sciences Po Paris. Complementing her academic background, she has developed hands-on expertise in agroecological systems through certifications in agroecology, agroforestry, and regenerative hydrology.
