Description

Su Long, born in 1981, is Estate Director of Ao Yun in Shangri-La, Yunnan. He is a Visiting Professor at Northwest A&F University and a Senior Professorate Engineer. He holds a dual Bachelor's degree in Agronomy and Law (2004) and a Master's degree in Grapes and Oenology (2007), both from Northwest A&F University. A distinguished expert in his field, Mr. Su is a National Level Winemaker, National Level Wine Taster, and a member of the National Wine Tasting Committee. His contributions to the industry have been recognized with one Second Prize and three Third Prizes in the Autonomous Region Scientific and Technological Progress Awards. He has authored over 10 academic articles on viticulture and oenology and serves as the Chief Editor of key industry references, including the Helan Mountain East Foothills Yinchuan Winery Production Area Tutorial, Yinchuan Wine Guide, Helan Mountain East Foothills Wine Making Technology Manual, and Helan Mountain East Foothills Viticulture Technology Manual.
