EHL Hospitality Business School

Master's Student

Description

A Cuban-American master's student at EHL Hospitality Business School, studying Hospitality Management, with a focus on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sustainability. I have a professional background in marketing and communications. My interest centers on the S in ESG, specifically employee empowerment, equitable workplaces, and sustainable careers. Through my studies, I have come to see that environmental stewardship and social equity are inseparable. Healthy soils sustain communities, livelihoods, and cultures. Through this intersection between the earth and communities, we can create a truly regenerative economy.
