Description

Rik serves as Executive Director of UEBT - Sourcing with Respect since its creation in 2008. Before he worked more than a decade with the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), where he worked among others on the issue of trade and biodiversity. Rik served as the Board Chair of ISEAL, the umbrella group for sustainability standards. Rik holds a master’s degree in business and environmental economics in the Netherlands.
