Raphaël Delpech, who holds a doctorate in public law, has over 20 years of experience in public affairs and communications in both the public and private sectors. A graduate of the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris and the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Bordeaux (Kedge), he began his career at the Ministry of Economy and Finance as a legal advisor at the French Embassy in Mexico and then in Morocco.
Subsequently, he joined the central administration where he was successively in charge of France's Trade Policy Committee at the Council of the European Union, then legal advisor for Trade Policy and Investment. In 2008, Raphaël Delpech held the position of Director of Public Affairs in charge of international trade regulations within the LVMH group, then Director of Communication and Public Affairs. Between 2014 and 2019, he was Director of Public Affairs, Communication and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) at the French sugar cooperative group Tereos, before managing a consulting agency.
Since September 2020, Raphaël Delpech has held the position of Director General of the Bureau national interprofessionnel du Cognac. Beyond the management of the teams and steering BNIC's main missions, he is particularly responsible for pursuing the development of the CSR strategy and contributing to Cognac’s ecological transition, strengthening BNIC’s regional, national and international institutional relations, and supporting the implementation of a new governance.
