Anita Waelz is Head of Sustainability for Nestlé Europe. In this role, she leads Nestlé Europe’s sustainability agenda, working closely with partners, suppliers, and farmers to advance sustainable practices throughout the supply chain. Anita is deeply committed to fostering healthy soils and promoting regenerative agriculture, collaborating with partners to implement impactful, long-term solutions that benefit the environment, local communities, and the business. Her hands-on approach includes building strong partnerships to create shared value and drive positive change, making sustainability a core driver for Nestlé in Europe. Before her current position, Anita built her expertise leading sustainability and communications initiatives at Nestlé Germany and at the retailer Lidl in Germany.
