Beatrice Merlo is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Sustainability and Social Innovation at HEC Paris, following her graduation from EHL Hospitality Business School. Passionate about building more sustainable food systems through hospitality and consumer-facing innovation, she is particularly interested in how food consumption and restaurant ecosystems can drive meaningful change. As a board member of EHLsmile, she contributes to co-creating and revamping vocational hospitality programs for underprivileged youth, helping make hospitality education more inclusive and impactful.
