Highlighting the conditions needed to attract young talent—ranging from access to land and finance to innovation, purpose-driven farming, and improved quality of life—while showing how regenerative models can reshape the image and future of farming, will be at the center of the discussion for this session. A different promotion and valorization of the profession of farming is needed to ensure a new generation of farmers.
